Return & Exchange Policy
Please note: Check the contents of your parcel before signing for the delivery as we are not responsible for contents missing after you accept the parcel and sign for it. Do not sign and accept the parcel if contents are missing from the parcel
Every garment at Adah is made with a lot of love, care and precision. We do not entertain any returns of the products unless you receive a damaged/defected product
Incase of a defected product, you should report the same within 48 hours of delivery of the product. A complain will not be entertained after 48 hours of delivery.

Exchange Policy: (Not applicable on customised orders)
We completely understand the hassle and confusion to understand our body measurements, thus we have a chill exchange policy incase the garment does not fit you well.
Within 48 hours of delivery of the product, you need to file an exchange request via mail (email@example.com) and let us know which size would you prefer. There is a possibility that the size you need won't be available at the time of exchange, in that case you can exchange your product for any other product/products from the website of the same amount or higher amount and pay the difference.
For the exchange,
1) You can either send the garment back to our office in Bombay (address will be provided to you over mail when you send an exchange request). As soon as we receive your product in our office, we do a quality check and ship the new product (subject to availability)
2) Or we can arrange for a pick up of the garment at our standard shipping cost of INR 100. When the delivery guy comes for a pick up of the item, please make sure he seals it in a courier bag in front of you as once they pick it from you and if we receive a different item, it is not our responsibility. We will provide the details of payment via mail when you request for an exchange. As soon as we receive your product in our office, we do a quality check and ship the new product (subject to availability). Our return pick up takes approximately 10-15 days to reach us as there are a lot of regulations that have to be followed (due to COVID-19) so if you choose this option, please be patient in dealing with the exchange procedure.
3) FOR SALE ORDERS: Incase there is a size issue with your sale order, we are happy to exchange it because we don't want the garment go to waste or just lie in the cupboard but for sale products we don't have a reverse pick up service. You have to send the garment back to us and once we receive it and check the product, we send the new items to you. To ship the exchanged products, the customer has to take care of the shipping costs (INR 100)
